We spent some time catching up since it's been 8 years since we were in high school together. We talked about how he got involved in music from the start, which actually involves one of my ex girlfriends, and no, he didn't bang her. We talked quite a bit about his time in the Army, and how it affected his music and his identity. We also talked about what it means to be an artists. This was a great conversation, and I definitely talked too much.
